Service pricing
We are currently in-network with the following insurances: Health First Colorado Medicaid. We anticipate to be in-network with Medicare Part B by late April 2025. We also accept self-pay for services, and possess the ability to generate Superbills that you can submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement. Every insurance plan is unique and there is no guarantee that your insurance will reimburse, so if you elect for self-pay, we recommend having you call them to ask prior to starting services.
Self-payment prices are as follows:
Evaluation: This will be conducted once, at the initial visit. One of the following 90 minute evaluations will be selected based on your concerns for you or your loved one:
Speech and/or Language Evaluation: $275
Feeding and/or Swallowing Evaluation: $350
Cognitive-Communication Evaluation: $350
Therapy: If therapy is warranted once an evaluation is completed, an individualized treatment plan will be tailored to you with 45 minute therapy sessions at an individualized frequency (or group frequency if 2+ people):
Individual Therapy Session: $120
Group Therapy Session: $50
Other: If you are unsure about jumping into an evaluation at this time or would like more information first, we offer 30 minute Caregiver Education Sessions* on a consult basis, separate from evaluation sessions and therapy sessions. These are intended for providing evidence-based information, answering your questions, and discussing home supports you can implement now. Your first one is free!
Staff Education/Training Sessions* are defaulted to one hour in length for an audience of up to 15 people, but the time can be adjusted based on request. The price can also vary based on the size of the group.
*Note: All education sessions are not charged to medical insurance, as they are self-pay only:
